Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack crops (vegetables, fruits, grains) according to quality standards
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following regulatory guidelines
- Monitor crop health and report issues to supervisors
- Maintain farm cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist with irrigation system management
- Work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship (foreign national)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices preferred
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
