Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop planting, cultivation, and harvesting
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Maintain field hygiene and equipment sanitation standards
- Sort, pack, and load agricultural products according to specifications
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and crop health issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (US employer sponsorship provided)
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
