Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (berries, vegetables, greenhouse produce)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform crop maintenance tasks including pruning, thinning, and pest management
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading produce for distribution
- Maintain farm equipment and work areas in clean, safe condition
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required (must be current/transferable)
- Minimum 1 year commercial agriculture experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
