Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design and implement sophisticated multi-agent systems capable of independent decision-making and complex task execution.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Engineer high-performance systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure sub-second latency and minimal token costs at scale.
- Define Safety & Alignment: Establish rigorous guardrails and ethical protocols to ensure AI agents operate within defined safety boundaries.
- System Integration: Integrate AI agents with legacy enterprise systems and real-time data streams to create seamless operational experiences.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging paradigms in generative AI and autonomous agents to keep NexaCore at the forefront of the industry.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical discussions, perform rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior engineers on best practices for distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++; proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow; experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying LLM-based applications or Agentic AI frameworks.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability infrastructure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the future of technology.
