Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for executive leadership.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and handle general facility maintenance requests.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems to ensure records are current and organized.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities and new software tools.
