Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, routing messages and responding to internal and external stakeholders.
- Document Control: Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on accuracy and tone.
- Project Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, managing office supplies inventory, and supporting cross-functional projects.
- Data Management: Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems, ensuring confidential information is secure and easily retrievable.
- Expense Reporting: Process expense reports and invoices promptly, adhering to company financial policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.
