Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, future-proof technology stacks aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to integrate emerging AI models.
- Conduct feasibility studies for cutting-edge technologies including Quantum Computing and Edge AI.
- Establish best practices for security, latency, and performance in next-gen environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Generative AI models.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in early-stage projects.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
