Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the 3-year technical vision ensuring alignment with the 2026 global market trends and emerging paradigms.
- Agentic AI Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of self-learning agents that revolutionize user interaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in senior engineering or product leadership roles, with at least 3 years in AI or Future Tech sectors.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or equivalent systems architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and pivot architectural strategies proactively.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and boards.
