In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for the next decade, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ready for the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models designed for 2026 infrastructure standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in research and development of next-generation neural networks.
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible innovation.
- Optimize quantum algorithms to enhance machine learning performance.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into viable products.
- Conduct technical research on emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the future.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI and data privacy regulations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment.
