Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into commercial offerings
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology futures and industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business strategy
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investors
