Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company as innovation leader
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology initiatives with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Design scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping and deployment of future-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology innovation programs
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on technological disruptions
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., CSCP, TOGAF) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes

- Portfolio of successfully launched innovation initiatives with quantifiable impact
