- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and engineers

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI, or clean tech
- Strong business acumen with experience in commercializing innovations
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience managing global R&D teams and budgets
