Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech integration

- Author thought leadership publications on the societal impact of 2026 tech trends
- Design patent portfolios for emerging human-computer interface paradigms
- Coordinate with UN agencies on global tech governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2018-2023)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from prototype to market
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and zero-knowledge proofs
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives preferred
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Solidity)
