- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through white papers and investor presentations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record developing commercializable technologies with 5+ year impact horizons
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech solutions
- Published research in Nature/Science with 100+ citations in emerging tech domains
- Experience securing federal grants or venture capital for moonshot projects
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, R)
