Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Partner with VPs of Strategy to align tech initiatives with 2026 business objectives
- Produce horizon scanning reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Champion sustainable tech practices across R&D and deployment phases
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in futurist/innovation roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech verticals
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products (2020-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Emerging Technology (e.g., IEEE Foresight) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation circles
- Prior success in scaling tech teams across multiple innovation cycles
