- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market viability
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and startups specializing in post-quantum cryptography
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Represent QuantumLeap at Davos, CES, and other forward-thinking industry summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact in emerging tech adoption
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futurism, or Systems Engineering preferred
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum computing applications
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) for trend analysis
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
