Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-continental R&D initiatives in synthetic biology and climate modeling
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AGI development and deployment
- Partner with governments to shape 2026+ digital infrastructure policies
- Mentor a global team of PhD researchers and startup incubators
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Molecular Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in emerging technology commercialization
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Deep understanding of post-silicon semiconductor limitations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Track record of scaling technologies from lab to $1B+ market impact
