Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and market disruptions through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology portfolio investments and innovation pipelines
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data storytelling abilities with executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
