Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping neural-human interface prototypes
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI governance in post-scarcity economies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author white papers on quantum computing applications in climate modeling
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in emerging tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and blockchain 3.0
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, ACM Code)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech commercialization projects
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
