Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026+ innovations
- Lead research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused project prioritization
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neuro interfaces
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals (2018-2023)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams of 20+ professionals
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
