Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout disruptive startups
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research on emerging technology paradigms
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, AGI development, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling innovative projects
- Deep understanding of exponential technology curves
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
