Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Translate technological trends into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven experience forecasting technology trends with 5+ year accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
