Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Architect ethical AI frameworks compliant with 2026 global regulatory standards
- Secure $10M+ in federal grants for climate-positive tech initiatives
- Pioneer breakthroughs in bio-integrated computing interfaces
- Establish industry-wide standards for autonomous system safety protocols
- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits representing NextGen's vision
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging technology ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record of scaling patented technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 27001, NIST AI RMF, and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2019-2024)
- Security clearance for DoD/NSA classified projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating implementation of at least two Gartner Cool Vendor technologies
