Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology vision roadmap with quarterly milestone reviews
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic briefings to board members and external stakeholders including government agencies
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
- Author thought leadership publications in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level futurist/innovation roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology predictions
