Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and validate proof-of-concepts for next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation
- Experience building innovation pipelines for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
