- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation investments with market disruption timelines
- Build and lead a specialized futurist research team of 8-10 technical experts
- Deliver quarterly technology impact assessments to the board of directors
- Represent QuantumLeap at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Drive patent strategy for emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology convergence points and regulatory landscapes
- Executive-level strategic planning experience with $100M+ R&D budgets
- Published author in peer-reviewed technology journals or major industry publications
