- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation deployment
- Partner with C-suite to future-proof organizational capabilities and talent models
- Produce trend briefings and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven futurist/innovation leadership experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, Web4, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on long-term tech impact scenarios
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
