Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable products
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers/patients)
- Experience building multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
