Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design strategic partnerships with research institutions and government innovation labs
- Present executive briefings on technological disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum encryption
- Launch innovation accelerators focused on 2026-readiness for Fortune 500 clients
- Publish thought leadership in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or AI alignment
- Proven track record advising C-suite on emerging technology adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (US/EU/Asia)
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D funding for experimental technologies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq)
