Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy next-gen solutions with 3-year impact horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for ethical AI deployment and carbon-neutral data centers
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Drive innovation through $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for emerging technologies
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE Future Tech conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE Spectrum, or MIT Tech Review
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and ESG tech standards
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
- Experience with UN SDG tech initiatives and WEF Global Technology Councils
