Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven 10+ year strategic planning track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and distributed systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future-tech applications
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell preferred)
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (AWS Quantum, Microsoft Azure Edge)
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for R&D initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ transformative tech launches since 2020
