Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech vectors (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Design strategic roadmaps for next-generation human-AI symbiosis systems
- Lead blue-sky innovation sprints with MIT-caliber research partners
- Translate complex futures scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in autonomous system development
- Pioneer neural interface UX paradigms for mass adoption
- Present futures intelligence to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in futures forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential tech impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, neurotech
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-proofed commercial innovations
- Experience with Delphi methodology and scenario planning frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference modeling
