Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units
- Design scalable architecture for next-gen digital platforms
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (articles, patents, or conferences)
