Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen computational systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and AI research institutes
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through government and private sector initiatives
- Present breakthrough innovations at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Computational Physics
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 3+ years in future-tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in technology grants
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Previous experience with DARPA/IARPA technology incubation programs
