Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Protocol: Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems utilizing our proprietary framework.
- Quantum-Ready Integration: Lead the integration of next-gen algorithms and quantum-ready infrastructure into legacy environments.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing for low latency and high throughput in real-time data processing.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for cross-functional engineering teams.
- Cybersecurity Leadership: Oversee security protocols to ensure enterprise-grade protection against evolving digital threats.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or related fields.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- AI/ML: Proven experience deploying and managing AI/ML models and MLOps pipelines.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and mentor junior developers.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
