Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends through data-driven analysis and stakeholder interviews
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and investor boards
- Manage portfolio of 5-7 high-impact pilot projects with $2M+ budgets
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Experience managing cross-continental teams and budgets >$1M
- Prior work with Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
