Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns technological capabilities with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Product Innovation: Lead cross-functional teams in the ideation and development of disruptive products that solve complex market challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders, securing buy-in for innovative initiatives.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering and design teams to prototype and validate new concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current and future tech landscapes, specifically regarding AI and automation trends expected in 2026.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
