- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and market impact using data-driven frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Present strategic insights to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with focus on future studies or technology
