Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative forecasts for 2026+ technological adoption curves using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across aerospace, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports with early-warning signals for disruptive innovations
- Design resilience frameworks against black swan events in AI governance and climate tech
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University to track exponential technology convergence points
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems (with 5+ years applied experience)
- Published work in Journal of Futures Research or equivalent tier-1 foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Demonstrated experience modeling exponential growth curves for emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech adaptation, quantum commercialization, or neuro-interface design
- Clearance for SCIF-level engagements with national innovation agencies
- Portfolio featuring 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations in Fortune 500 settings
