Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ in quantum/AI leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech from concept to market
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature or Science (2020-2023)
- Expertise in carbon-neutral technology frameworks
- Executive experience with $500M+ budgets
- Active membership in IEEE or ACM with 10+ years standing
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
