Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and digital transformation goals
- Orchestrate cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, TED-style talks, and industry conference keynotes
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and startup incubators
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through venture partnerships and government grants
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author or recognized authority in future studies/tech ethics
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Experience advising C-suite on 10-year strategic pivots
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking frameworks
- Global network with academic institutions (MIT Media Lab, Singularity University) and innovation hubs
