Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic innovation framework aligned with UN SDGs and tech convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, spatial web) for commercial viability
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present quarterly disruption briefings to the board with market impact projections and risk matrices
- Mentor a 15-person innovation task force and publish thought leadership in Nature Futures and MIT Tech Review
- Oversee the deployment of AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- PhD or equivalent in Systems Thinking, Futures Studies, or Computational Complexity
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ revenue products with 3+ exponential tech integrations
- Expertise in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations and agent-based modeling
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and blockchain 3.0 protocols
- Certified in AI Governance (CAIG) and Ethical AI Framework Implementation
- Prior experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR) and navigating regulatory sandboxes
- Published author on technological singularity risk mitigation or human-AI symbiosis
