- Drive innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization, managing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation strategies to the board and executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor senior innovation leaders and cultivate a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Monitor global innovation trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership, with proven experience in scaling disruptive technologies
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (or equivalent)
- Track record of launching 3+ market-defining products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, climate tech) and future forecasting
- Exceptional strategic planning, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading global teams across 5+ countries and diverse cultural contexts
