Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable tech ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 market disruptions
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology architects
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products valued at $100M+
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
