Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFPS preferred)
