Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce quarterly Horizon Intelligence reports with actionable 2026 predictions
- Design and validate innovation roadmaps for sustainable competitive advantage
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and horizon scanning
