Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions for emerging markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic vision to executive leadership and key stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports influencing global industry discourse
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience delivering executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight from recognized institution (e.g., APF, MFMP)
