Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Produce predictive market intelligence reports on disruptive business models
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 UN SDGs and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (Web4.0, spatial internet, neural interfaces)
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote presentations and white papers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend prediction accuracy
- Expertise in STEEP (Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental, Political) analysis
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications
- Experience with global regulatory ecosystems (EU AI Act, US Innovation Act)
