Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global market shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent the company at industry foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
- Experience with trend mapping tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
