Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, consumer behavior, and global markets to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and technology roadmaps
- Translate future insights into actionable product development and market entry strategies
- Present executive-level briefings on emerging opportunities and systemic risks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish innovation metrics to quantify strategic foresight ROI
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateHorizon as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
